These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dumcheese website and Dumcheese travel request and assisted booking services.
1. About Dumcheese
Dumcheese is a travel services business based in India. We provide assisted booking and travel request management for flights, hotels, buses, and related travel services for businesses, NGOs, organizations, and individual customers.
2. Nature of Service
Dumcheese is not an instant self-checkout booking engine. Submission of a request does not create a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to review, availability, pricing confirmation, supplier rules, and operational processing.
3. Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including passenger names, travel dates, route details, contact details, and any documents required for booking. Dumcheese is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
4. Pricing and Availability
Fares, schedules, inventory, and booking availability may change until the booking is actually confirmed. Search results, estimates, or preliminary communication do not guarantee final availability or final fare.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is processed only after customer confirmation of the itinerary and applicable price. Dumcheese may issue ticket, invoice, booking confirmation, or related documentation after operational processing is complete.
6. Payments
Customers may pay through approved payment methods made available by Dumcheese, including UPI, NEFT, IMPS, bank transfer, and other approved methods. Payment may be required before final ticket delivery, depending on the booking type and service process.
7. Invoices
Dumcheese issues invoices or billing documents for applicable services and completed bookings. Customers are responsible for reviewing invoice details and raising any discrepancy promptly.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the fare rules, supplier rules, and applicable booking conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, bus operator, or travel partner. Dumcheese's service or assistance charges may be non-refundable. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
9. Third-Party Suppliers
Travel services may be fulfilled through third-party airlines, hotels, transport operators, travel suppliers, and partner booking portals. Dumcheese is not responsible for supplier-side schedule changes, cancellations, operational disruptions, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dumcheese will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or supplier-caused losses. In any case, Dumcheese's liability relating to its service will not exceed the service charges actually collected by Dumcheese for the relevant booking or service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false requests, upload unlawful content, interfere with the operation of the service, or attempt unauthorized access to Dumcheese systems.
12. Changes
Dumcheese may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on the website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
