Dumcheese provides a request-first corporate travel management service. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our platform facilitates travel request submission, processing, and fulfillment — it does not operate as an instant-checkout booking engine.
2. Request Submission
When you submit a travel request, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. All requests are subject to admin review and manual booking through partner portals.
3. Booking and Fulfillment
Bookings are handled manually by our operations team. Fares, availability, and timings may vary from initial search results. We make reasonable efforts to fulfill requests as specified but cannot guarantee exact matches.
4. Payments
Payment is required upon invoice issuance. All payments are verified by our admin team. We support UTR-based transaction tracking for transparency and auditability.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the airline's terms. Dumcheese will assist in processing cancellation requests and communicate applicable refund timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dumcheese acts as a travel operations coordinator and is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the service fees charged.
